Part of your order is missing from the package
Once we receive the return product please allow 6-10 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

The blanket turned out great! Customer service was excellent. I received an email before they were shipped to ensure that everything looked good. I asked for slight edit to the words, and within a day I received a courteous reply with the edit. Shipping didn't take long either. I am very pleased with my purchase, and my wife loves it so much!
